The First Nations Cross-Cultural Lens Program provides insight into how three key government policies have impacted Indigenous and wider communities. It explores Indigenous family systems, social challenges like alcohol abuse, unemployment, and the struggle of living in two worlds. By seeing through an Indigenous perspective, non-Indigenous participants will gain a deeper understanding, improving their ability to deliver culturally responsive services. This program equips professionals with the knowledge to better support and empower Indigenous clients.
