Roadmap Planner Program Model
FNI delivers an engagement and bridging program that engages the clients through visual educational tools to help them become more self-aware of their circumstances. During the
program, clients become more self-aware of their circumstances and behaviours that may perpetuate disadvantage. Upon completion, clients will develop a ‘Personalised Lifeways Plan’ to help them achieve their goals. This plan serves as a bridge between the client and support services to implement personalised, goal-orientated outcomes for the clients.
